How it works

Four doors, one street at a time

  1. 01

Tell us who you sell to

Your services, your ideal customer, the cities you serve.

  2. 02

The agents find and research every business

They map local businesses from open map data, read each website and the web, collect contacts, and find one specific thing worth mentioning.

  3. 03

    Personal emails you approve

A short first email and a follow-up in your voice. Approve, edit or reject in the app, Slack or Telegram. Approved emails go out from your own mailbox, in business hours.

  4. 04

    Replies become meetings

You get a research brief on whoever replied and a drafted answer with three open times. They pick one; the invite lands on both calendars.

In detail

A campaign, step by step

What each agent does with your brief, from the first map search to the reply in your inbox.

  1. 01

    You write the brief

What you sell, who your ideal customer is, and the cities you serve. The Campaign Manager turns it into a plan: which business categories to look for, and where.

  2. 02

    The Scout maps the area

It finds matching businesses in each area from open map data (Overture Maps), with their address, category and website when one is listed.

  3. 03

    The Researcher reads each website

Its home page and a couple of inner pages, such as about and contact. It collects published emails, phone numbers, social profiles and the contact page, and notes signals like online booking, live chat, HTTPS, a phone-friendly layout, the site builder and the footer year. It respects robots.txt. When a business has no website listed, it searches the web for one and only keeps a site that clearly belongs to that business.

  4. 04

    The Analyst scores the fit

Each business gets a fit score against your brief, with the reasons written out, so you can see why it made the list.

  5. 05

The Email Writer drafts two emails

A short first email and one follow-up, built around one specific detail it found and can point to. It writes in your voice and learns your greeting, length and sign-off from the edits you make.

  6. 06

    You approve, edit or reject

In the app, in Slack or in Telegram. Nothing is sent without your YES.

  7. 07

    The Sender sends slowly

From your own Google Workspace mailbox, one email at a time with a few minutes between each, only during the recipient's business hours. New mailboxes warm up over a few weeks, and sending pauses itself if bounces reach 5%.

  8. 08

    Replies come back to you

The inbox is checked every 10 minutes. Replies are labelled (interested, a question, not now…), follow-ups to that business stop, and you get a short research brief plus a drafted answer with open times. Sending it takes YES plus a 4-digit code.

Research you can watch

No black box. See every page they read.

The research browser shows each page an agent opens, what it found there, and which detail ended up in your email. Anything it can't verify is never used.

Approval first

Nothing goes out without your YES

  • Approval comes first by default. You see every email before it sends.
  • Every action you ask for in chat needs a YES.
  • Sending a reply needs YES plus a 4-digit code, so nothing goes by accident.

Replies become meetings

From "sounds good" to a booked call

  1. Reply
  2. Research brief
  3. Drafted answer, three times
  4. Booking page
  5. Invite with Meet link
